The committee works towards the safeguards, secure and supportive environment for students who are the prime responsibility of every school. School has taken initiatives to create awareness about sexual exploitation and to ensure all learners aware of their rights and responsibilities towards themselves; School is conducting session for the student’s facilities and staff to recognize a report issue of abuse with them. As we all know a child spends half of his/her days in a school by the age of 3-3.5 years. So its duty of school to provide a safe and secure environment. Teachers should maintain a clear and open communication with the student so that in case of any incident the child should not have the fear to report.
The school has counselors to whom the children can feel free to approach teachers and committee members. In this regards awareness programmers are, conducted in our school throughout the year.
