A sparkling smile depicts a healthy heart. Shri Shankara Senior Secondary School organized a dental check-up camp for all the students on 9th Jan 2023.The Aim of the camp was to check, regulate and to maintain the dental wellness of the students and spread awareness regarding oral health and hygiene.
Following the Motto “Prevention is better than cure” the Teachers and medical instructors told the students to follow a schedule that keeps them fit orally.
A team of experts and professionals from Government Dental College Raipur under the leadership of Assistant Professor Dr. R.K. Chevvuri having experience of over 17 years with interns Aashree Verma, Anupriya Jayaraj, Swajal Agarwal, Shruti Jain, Manoj Kumar with lab assistant Ramgopal Dewangan conducted the camp in the school.
Principal Dr.(Mrs). Nitee Singh Yaduvanshi thanked the team for enlightening the students on the concerned issue of dental care. Students also cleared all the curiosities regarding the theme and learned a lot of measures that they can take care of to avoid dental illness.
