In India, Teachers’ Day is celebrated on September 5th to mark the birthday of former President, politician, scholar, philosopher and Bharat Ratna recipient, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was born on the same day in 1888.
The celebrations began with a Light Lamping after that welcome speech given by principal Mrs. Reecha Sao. Our Secretary Mr. Sharat Nair Sir given a beautiful msg to our teachers on this day.
After school the teachers were treated to lunch. Gifts were distributed later by the management.
